Policies

Booking | A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.  Credit card information is stored in accordance with Lonesome Blonde’s Privacy Policy and Vagaro’s Privacy Policy.  Online booking is available with a 60 day lead time and appointments may be booked up to 24 hours before the requested appointment time.  Guests will receive a confirmation request 72 hours prior to their appointment and a reminder 24 hours before their appointment via text and/or email.

 

Cancellations and No-Shows | To best serve our guests and stylists, we require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled without 24-hour notice may result in a charge equal to 50% of the service amount.  No-Shows may result in a charge equal to 50% of the service amount.  Guests who arrive more than 15-minutes late for their appointment will be considered a No-Show.

 

Service | All pricing reflects base pricing and additional services, treatments, charges and appointments may be required to achieve your desired result. For more in depth detail about pricing please schedule a consultation.  Hair is an art form subjective to artistic and personal preference. Our goal is to have happy and working stylist and client relationships. If necessary, simple color adjustments can be made if notified within 7-days, at the stylist’s discretion. Significant changes may require additional services at cost. Reaching your final goals may take more than one lightening, repair, or color service. We do not offer refunds on color services, no exceptions.

 

Payment | We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept cash, however we do not carry cash to provide change.  Personal checks are not accepted and we do not give cash back on credit card charges.

 

Right to Refuse | Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

 

Children | As we are concerned with you and your children's safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. In emergency situations, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.


Extensions | We are committed to in depth consultations to provide a realistic timeline and price quote to achieve your goals. In person consultations are required for new hair extension guests.  Due to the time consuming nature of extension appointments and our hair suppliers policies, hair extension services are non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit is required to book the installation service and if the installation appointment is missed, the guest may forfeit the deposit. If extension services are rescheduled or canceled within 24-hours of appointment time, guests may be subject to an additional fee equal to 50% of their entire service scheduled for the day. Purchased hair is non-refundable. If you purchase hair and do not use all of it for your custom installation, we will store amounts significant enough to contribute to another extension installation.  All extension hair will be discarded after 6-months of storage. We do not offer refunds on purchased or discarded hair.
