We are so excited that you have made the decision to enjoy the benefits of hair extensions! We are committed to in depth consultations for extensions to give you a realistic timeline and cost estimate to achieve goals. Due to the time consuming nature of extension appointments and our hair suppliers policies, hair extension services are non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit is required to book the installation service and if the installation appointment is missed, the guest may forfeit the deposit. If extension services are rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of appointment time, clients may be subject to an additional fee equal to 50% of their entire service scheduled for the day. Purchased hair is non-refundable. If you purchase hair and do not use all of it for your custom installation, we will store amounts significant enough to contribute to another extension installation. All extension hair will be discarded after 6 months of storage. We do not offer refunds on purchased or discarded hair.
Extension guests must also agree to our maintenance schedule to prevent any damage to your new extensions and your natural hair. Thank you for trusting us with this service, we can’t wait for you to enjoy your new hair!
On the day of your installation appointment, please ensure that you are happy with the placement of your extensions before you leave so that we may make any adjustments necessary. If extensions are properly cared for and issues outside the norm arise (bead slips/corner comes up) we will adjust it for you at no cost (within reason, subject to stylists discretion). Issues with hair extensions related to improper care will result in additional charges.
